OUR VALUES
TEACHING and TRAINING
We believe that Spirit-anointed teaching is a vehicle for transformation in individuals’ lives and in the church. (Romans 12:7, 2 Timothy 3:16 & 17, James 1: 23-25)
EVANGELISM
We believe that those who do not know Christ are vitally important to God and so, should be vitally important to the church. (Luke 5:30-32, Luke 15, Matthew 18:14; Matthew 28:19,20)
COMMUNITY CARE
We believe that pastoral care of the body’s spiritual, emotional and physical needs is a priority and that loving relationships should permeate every aspect of church life. (1 Corinthians 13, Nehemiah 3, Luke 10:1, John 13: 34-35)
SMALL GROUPS
We believe that small groups meeting regularly for study, fellowship or ministry are the ideal vehicle for the building of authentic community, healthy relationships and personal transformation. (Luke 6: 12 & 13, Acts 2: 44-47)
WORSHIP
We believe that we must meet the challenge to offer inspirational worship that is both culturally relevant and doctrinally true. (1 Corinthians 9: 19-23)
GIFTED SERVANT-HOOD
We believe that a church should operate as a unified community of servants stewarding their spiritual gifts. ( 1 Corinthians 12 & 14, Romans 12, Ephesians 4, Psalm 133:1)
